1st Course: Dos Crudos paired with Casa Jipi Sauvignon Blanc

2nd Course: Empanadas de Pato paired with 2022 Bruma Plan B Tinto

3rd Course: Seafood Tumbada paired with Casa Magoni Chardonnay Vermentino

4th Course: Cochinita Pibil paired with 2021 Tres Raices Nebbiolo Sangioves. Valle de Guadalupe, often compared to Napa Valley, is renowned for its Mediterranean-like climate and robust wine production, making it a premier wine region in Mexico.

5th Course: Capirotada paired with a surprise wine from Tomas Cellar
