Do not only wait for social media.

Minimum:

~ Invite current students to bring guests
~ Text and DM leads
​~ personally reach out to people who may be interested

We recommend instructors to be willing to:

~ Be filmed
~ Make simple promo videos
~ Share student wins
~ Help build visibility for the studio and your own brand

Marketing is not only posting.

It also means:
​
​~ Greeting students
~ Making people feel welcome
~ Following up
​~ creating a reason for students to return

Champion Ballroom may run:

~ Bootcamps
~ Special events
~ Promotions
~ Instructor spotlights
~ Website campaigns

We recommend instructors to participate and help promote these efforts.

~ Showing up only to teach
~ Expecting Waldo y Jacqui to fill every class for everyone
~ Relying only on the studio brand without building your own visibility
​~ Waiting for students to appear without consistent promotion

A full class usually comes from:

~ Repeated visibility of the Instructor
~ Repeated invitations from the Instructor
~ Relationship building with the Instructor
~ Consistency over time of posting from the Instructor

The instructors who grow the most are the ones who help create demand and build their own individual brand.

We want Champion Ballroom to be a place where instructors can truly grow.

That only works when:

~ The studio supports the instructor
~ The instructor supports the growth of the studio by consistently promoting themselves and their classes.

We grow together.

To continue growing at Champion Ballroom, instructors should be willing to:

~ Promote their classes weekly
~ Post consistently every day
~ Invite people directly
~ Participate in content and promotions
~ Help build relationships with students by attending classes/parties/events at the studio
